Shophouse at 15 Mohammed Sultan Road up for grabs


It's a rare 999-year leasehold property.

According to a release, Jones Lang LaSalle opens tender for 999 year leasehold conservation shophouse along Mohammed Sultan Road.

15 Mohammed Sultan Road is an existing 3-storey shophouse zoned for residential use with commercial at the first storey. With an existing gross floor area of 6,862 sq ft, there is potential to add a further 3,000 sq ft as rear extension.

Located a block away from the Singapore River, it is only a few minutes walk to the upcoming Fort Canning MRT station on the Downtown line.
